Kabel 200 Mbit/ Wlan 5 Mbit/s

Hello,
I have Kabel 200 Mbit/s as contract
Using SAGECOM 5460 Wifi, speedtest give me 5000 Kbit/s
Isn´t it too slow?
I set as WLAN channel to be used one where I am alone, no other in neighbouroug
I left DSL where max I could go at 14 MBit/s
I made on Sunday a test where Wifi can reach at least 18 MBit/s
What is happening?
Is it V-KD so bad?

via LAN watching IP TV often freeze
I called service for Störung melden but no one speak and they automatically closed
Do you know a way to entry via Internet Kunden Portal the defect? If I follow I got only call via telephone
How can I get this Made in Tunisia SAGECOM changed?

it seems UL is ok, problem only in DL

1 week working fine and already worst than my old DSL
