Das hier die Anlage. Errichtet im November 22. 5 Parteien. Alle haben Verbindungsprobleme. Das seit einigen 2-3 Tagen so heftig, dass nun in Teilen gar nichts mehr geht.

Vodafone sagt es liegt eine Signalschwäche vor. Ein Ticket ist aufgemacht bisher aber nicht gelöst. Die Modemwerte lägen außerhalb der Norm.

Die Technik-Hotline hat das Gespräch beendet mit "Wenn sie meinen Namen richtig wiedergeben, können wir weitermachen"... aber ich glaube das wäre eher ein Thema für etwas anderes.

Das Sind meine Werte kann ich da nochwas verbessern? ich komme an meinem Teleste DH5669 da dort nur ich und mein nachbar dran sind haben wir gemeinsam das angesehen brauch aber Tipps von Profis:

was solln wir noch fein drehen um am Downnkanal DOCTIS 3.1 die Fehler zu reduzieren

Verstärker im Vorwärtsweg voll aufdrehen, mehr kannst du nicht tun. Oder aber den Verstärker ausbauen wenn die Pegel das erlauben.

gar nichts!
Es kann und wird nur schlechter werden.
Die Leitung ist praktisch perfekt.
Guter SNR, praktisch keine nicht korrigierbaren Fehler.

Korrigierbare Fehler sind bei DOCSIS 3.1 "eingeplant" und haben ja keinen Einfluss auf deine Geschwindigkeit oder Paketverluste, oder?

Wie sieht es denn aus, wenn die Box ein paar Tage läuft?
